David Wright is a native Californian who moved to the Sierra from Santa Cruz in the late ’80s. He was a founding member with North Woods Realty, the first office inside Tahoe Donner in 1991. At the coast, David served 4 years as a Carpenter’s Apprentice, earning his “Journeyman Card”, then his General Contractor’s License. As a contractor, he specialized in beachfront homes and Victorian renovations. He built a loyal clientele with his “Quality-oriented, attention to detail” service. That standard remains his banner as a Realtor.”
Since I was 17 I have been involved in the housing industry – literally from the ground up. I am not your typical “salesman”. David is an avid backcountry skier, and an “A” team member of Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue. When not at work, spring, summer and fall might find him hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fly fishing, competitive Outrigger Canoe racing, kayaking, windsurfing and getting to his 34′ sloop “SELKIE” in Santa Cruz.
